Our two daughters are the magic behind the children's books. Writing books has come naturally, and the help of the endless imagination of our own children has made this possible. The idea of writing children's books all started when my three-year-old got a white kitten with a gray tail and bright blue eyes. I was trying to help her name the kitten, and after several silly names were suggested, she started calling it Elephant. She called her Lolli, Pop, MiCher, and PawPaw to tell them about her new kitten, Elephant. My Dad (Pop) told me a few weeks later that I should consider writing a children's book about Elephant. That was a Sunday, and by Friday, I had a rough draft of the story "Elephant the Cat on the Bayou." I have started something that I never knew I wanted to do, but with God's help, we are becoming successful small business owners. I hope you enjoy our products as much as we enjoy making them.
